Free Shipping At CLSHOP, we are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all wholesale orders, regardless of the destination. We believe in simple, transparent pricing for our B2B partners.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Swedish public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Carriers and Delivery Estimates We partner with premium logistics providers, including PostNord and DHL, to ensure your bulk orders arrive safely and on time.

  • Europe: 3 to 5 business days.

  • USA & Canada: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing at borders, which is beyond our control.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes CLSHOP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

  • For US Customers: Orders under $800 USD are typically duty-free under the current De Minimis threshold.

  • For Canadian Customers: GST/HST and other import duties may apply upon delivery.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status via the PostNord or DHL portal. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@klaom.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the status of your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages CLShop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
